Russ Dalbey is a real estate
guru who got several people hooked to his product through infomercials. Russ
Dalbey sells a course on his website called America’s Note Network.
The course is meant to help you start up a note business. If that sounds
confusing, wait until you delve into Russ Dalbey’s course. The course
instructs people how to look for people who are willing to buy and sell
allegedly valuable notes. The America’s Not Network site includes a free
listing of note services. It sounds rather nice to set up a business trading
notes but it does not come cheap.
The course
consists of about 50 management documents, a bimonthly ezine, and a booklet
that teaches you to use a calculator. All of this comes for a handsome amount
of $365. Now, you would not mind paying 365 dollars if you were to get your
money’s worth and be able to set up a note business but the course isn’t enough
for that. Russ Dalbey’s course is confusing and at the end of it each
customer realizes the course is worthless. Unfortunately, Russ Dalbey knows
this too. He has ensured that it takes each customer at least 90 days to
realize how useless his course is. By this time, the 90-day money-back
guarantee is over and you are left lugged with a worthless course and poorer by
$365. Now, you might not mind that much but those who do take the course
seriously end up buying other products that the course markets as being
essential for success. These back-end products are also more expensive.
The fundamental
of running the note business is simple. You buy notes from a seller for a bulk
sum (cheaper than single purchases) and sell it to a potential buyer for
slightly more but still lesser than he would have to pay if ‘he’ were
purchasing these notes separately. The difference in the price is your profit.
Sounds simple enough but its hard to get started without getting Russ Dalbey’s
help and that does not come cheap. The only money that is made in the whole
process is by Russ Dalbey, selling the course. Overall, most people will
think Ted Ciuba's Paper Profits course is a better bet than Russ
Dalbey.
